PRC Labs LLC — Terms of Service

1. Research Use Only. ALL PRODUCTS SOLD BY PRC LABS LLC ARE INTENDED EXCLUSIVELY FOR IN VITRO LABORATORY AND RESEARCH PURPOSES. THEY ARE NOT FOR HUMAN OR ANIMAL CONSUMPTION, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, IN ANY FORM, UNDER ANY CONDITION. Products are not drugs, supplements, medical treatments, or therapeutic compounds and are not approved by the FDA or any regulatory agency.
2. Not a Compounding Pharmacy. PRC Labs LLC is not a compounding pharmacy under Section 503A nor an outsourcing facility under Section 503B of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.
3. No Medical Claims. All information on this site is for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing constitutes medical advice, claims of safety or efficacy, instructions for therapeutic use, or guidance for clinical practice. These products have not been evaluated by the US Food and Drug Administration and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
4. Age & Qualification. You must be 18 years or older to place an order. By purchasing, you represent that you are a licensed or qualified professional, or conducting research in an appropriate setting, and have conducted your own due diligence regarding intended use, safety hazards, and all applicable legal and regulatory considerations in your jurisdiction.
5. Customer Warranty. By placing an order, you warrant that products will be used solely for research purposes, will not be adulterated, misbranded, or introduced into interstate commerce in violation of Sections 404, 505, or 512 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, and will not be resold or redistributed outside of research channels.
6. Refund Policy. Due to the sensitive nature of research materials, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges. Damaged or incorrect orders will be replaced at no charge — contact support@prcpeptides.com within 48 hours of delivery.
7. Shipping. Orders ship within 1 business day. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is tendered to the carrier. PRC Labs LLC is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by carriers, customs, weather, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
8. Limitation of Liability. Products are provided "as is" and "as available." PRC Labs LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. In no event shall PRC Labs LLC be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products.
9. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PRC Labs LLC, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use or misuse of products, violation of these terms, or breach of any applicable law.
10. Right to Refuse Service. PRC Labs LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including verification of identity or proof of research intent.
11. Intellectual Property. All content, logos, trademarks, and images on this site are the property of PRC Labs LLC. No copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use is permitted without written permission.
12. Governing Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in California.
13. Force Majeure. PRC Labs LLC shall not be liable for failure to perform due to causes beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, or internet outages.
14. Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
15. Modifications. PRC Labs LLC may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
16. Entire Agreement. These Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and PRC Labs LLC.
